Watercress and Radish Salad Recipe

A healthy watercress salad dish

Watercress and radishes mixed together make a tasty, fresh and crisp salad that can be served as a light meal.

Ingredients

8 ounces watercress
12 radishes, sliced
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
ΒΌ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper

Recipe Instructions

Make the dressing.
Mix together the olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. Add the radishes and toss together well.

Prepare the watercress.
Remove the rough stems from the watercress and break the leaves into bite-size pieces.

Make the salad.
Arrange the watercress on the serving plates and spoon over the radish mixture.
